Deacon Samuel Dennis was born in Harper Cape Palmas, Maryland County, Liberia to the union of Wla Kehubu and Gbi Qudana Dennis. He received his primary and secondary education at the Lady of Fatima Catholic mission in Cape Palmas, Maryland County, and later moved to Monrovia and attended The SDA elementary school and then later enrolled at Suehn and Ricks institute. Deacon Samuel Dennis move to Monrovia where he attended St. Patrick high school and later attended Booker Washington Institute majoring in Auto Mechanic. He enrolled at the University of Liberia, and went on to work at the Ministry of Agriculture mechanical shop as supervisor. In 1982 the Ministry of Agriculture sent him to Japan for further studies. During the year of 1987, Deacon Dennis travel to the United States and later in 2002, he joined the Anointed Pentecostal Church and Anointed Prayer Group Inc. Under the training and tutelage of Elder Rev. Adolphus V. Clinton in 2007, he was ordained into deacon-ship. Fill with the Holy Spirit, he aid the pastor in many roles to implement the vision of the church, visiting the sick and reaching out to the community and winning souls for Jesus Christ.
