Autobiography of: The Late Evangelist Samaria M. Clinton

Evangelist Mother Samaria M. Clinton was born on September 15, 1948, in Lower Buchanan Grand Bassa County, Liberia, West Africa. She accepted Jesus Christ as her Lord and savior at an early age. She always attended Sunday mass with her parents at St. Peter’s Catholic church in Lower Buchanan. She attended and received her education at St. Peter’s Clever school and continue at B. W. Harris and Monrovia College.

On January 16, 1972, she joined her husband in the United States of America and further her education at Bayonne High. She went on to pursue a career and enrolled at Wilfred Academy in Newark, New Jersey and graduated with high honors. She received a diploma and was license as a Cosmetologist.

Working side by side with her husband, Bishop Adolphus V. Clinton, she became encouraged to get involve in the service of the Lord, helping to organize The Anointed Prayer Group and serving in variety of roles. She served as member of the board of trustees, help organized  Sunday school, chairman of the program committee, her love and passion to work with the elderly and assist with organizing the youth summer trips to the amusement Parks.

Evangelist Samaria M. Clinton renewed her personal relationship with God after tarrying with the Lord, received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit and began her religious studies under the training and tutelage of Reverend Bishop Adolphus V. Clinton and other Clergy. She was examined and ordained by the Right, Reverend, Bishop Joe Percy Lucas D.D. on February 22, 1998 at Mt. Calvary Church of God in Christ in Newark, New Jersey.

Fill with the Holy Spirit, Evangelist Clinton aided the pastor with administration leadership and help in implementing the vision of the church and with a proclamation of her service to the Anointed Pentecostal Church and Anointed Prayer Group Inc. She actively served as a willing worker of the Anointed Prayer Group. As a servant leader, she depicted not only her spiritual journey, but her adult life’s work has been to do her best, for God to do the rest as he leads her to the end of her journey. She enjoyed speaking and counseling her friends and others in the community when problems arise. Counseling many when a loss of a friend or loved one occurs in their family, encouraging many to accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and savior. Out – reaching to many in need, Evangelist Samaria M. Clinton learned and developed passionate, personal long life, obedient and love relationship with Jesus Christ as her all in all and is willing to share her love relationship with anyone who cries out to him.

The late Mother Evangelist Samaria M. Clinton was called to glory January 4, 2021.
